How to track your order
Follow your order with the order number and your email or phone.
- Open the "Track your order" page.
- Enter your order number (it is on the confirmation page and in your order messages).
- Enter the email address or mobile number you used on the order.
- Press "Track order".
You will see each step of the order: placed, being prepared, handed to the courier and delivered. When the order has been sent you also see the courier and the tracking number, with a button to follow the parcel on the courier's website.
We send orders with couriers in Sri Lanka and with international couriers for other countries. A tracking number can take up to a day to show movement on the courier's website after the parcel is handed over.
