Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel orders where stock is unavailable or an item is mispriced, and will refund any payment taken.

Live goods

Availability of plants and fish can change without notice. Colours and sizes of living items vary naturally from photos.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
