How to cancel an order
Cancel an order that has not been sent yet.
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been handed to the courier.
- Sign in to your account and open Orders.
- Open the order you want to cancel.
- Choose "Cancel order" and confirm.
If you do not see the cancel option, the order has already been sent or online cancellation is not available for it. In that case contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
If you bought without an account, contact us with your order number and the email or phone number used on the order.
If you had already paid, the payment is returned as described in "How refunds work".
