Equipment and tools

Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorisation.

Live plants and fish

Because they are living, live items cannot be returned. If something arrives dead or damaged, email photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will review a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
