How to return an item
Ask for a return from your account.
- Sign in to your account and open Orders.
- Open the order with the item you want to return.
- Choose "Return items", pick the items and give the reason.
- Send the request. We will reply with what to do next.
Please keep the item and its packaging in the condition you received it until the return is approved.
Live plants and fish need special care. If something arrived damaged or not alive, contact us straight away with a photo so we can help.
