How to open a support ticket
Send us a question and follow the answer.
- Open the Contact page.
- Enter your name and email address, choose a topic and write your message. If it is about an order, add the order number.
- Send the form. You get a ticket number.
To read our answer or add more details, open "Track your ticket" and enter the ticket number and your email address.
If you have an account, you can also open and follow tickets under Support in your account, without typing your details again.
