How to follow or reply to a ticket
See the answer to your question and write back.
- Open the "Track your ticket" page.
- Enter your ticket number and the email address you used.
- You will see the whole conversation, with our replies.
- To write back, type your message under the conversation and send it.
Signed-in customers find all their tickets under Support in their account.
