I forgot my password

Get a link by email to choose a new password.

1. On the Login page choose "Forgot password?".
2. Enter the email address of your account and send the form.
3. Open the email we send you and press the link in it.
4. Choose a new password and save it. You can now sign in with the new password.

Good to know:

• The link works once and expires after 60 minutes. Ask for a new one if it has expired.
• If the email does not arrive, look in your spam or junk folder and check that the address is the one you signed up with.
• To change your password when you are signed in, open Profile in your account.
